  • User and permission management

3. Account Terms

3.1 Account Requirements

  • Must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Responsible for maintaining account security
  • Must be authorized to act on behalf of the business entity
  • Must be 18 years or older to create an account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any security breaches
  • Responsible for all activities under your account
  • Must keep business information current

4. User Conduct

4.1 Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

  • You maintain ownership of your business data

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Fees

  • Fees based on selected service tier

7.2 Payment Processing

  • Secure payment processing
  • Automatic billing on renewal
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Taxes are responsibility of customer

8. Service Level Agreement
